Sri Lanka and Bangladesh face off in the third T20I in Colombo on July 16, Wednesday. The match starts from 4:30 PM IST and this is the decider of the series.

Bangladesh finally won their first game of the series as they defeated the Lankans in the second T20I by 83 runs. Batting first Bangladesh scored 177 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In what was a rare batting failure for Sri Lanka in the series, they were bowled out for just 98 runs.

SL head coach Sanath Jayasuriya after the match said that they need to pull up their socks heading into the decider. As many as six Lanakn batters scored in single digits with Chamika Karunaratne scoring a duck. The Lankan head coach, however, denied that the team was not under any kind of pressure.

In the previous match, they put up a fighting total of 177 runs and defended the target with ease. The Tigers will be confident of repeating their good work in the third T20I knowing that Sri Lanka will be under pressure after the batting collapse. We can expect a close contest.
